Your privacy.

This notice explains how Made Catchy Ltd, trading as Monvarc (company number 15229478), trading as Monvarc, handles information about people who visit this website, contact us, or whose business contact details we research for relevant outreach. Our registered office is 18 Gresley Road, Ilkeston, England, DE7 5LX. For privacy questions, contact the Monvarc team.

Visiting this website

The hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, requested pages and access times to deliver and protect the site. Essential preferences, such as whether the introduction has played, use this tab's storage.

Optional analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics. If you agree, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, referring websites, approved outreach campaigns, service interactions and confirmed enquiry or mini-audit submissions. Google receives technical information such as your IP address and browser/device information to provide this service. We disable advertising features and Google Signals.

We do not send names, email addresses, form answers, chat messages, receipt references, search terms or advertising click identifiers to analytics. Page addresses exclude query strings and fragments; campaign labels come from a fixed approved list. Automatic form and site-search measurement is disabled.

Analytics uses first-party cookies beginning mc_ga, with a 30-minute expiry refreshed by activity. Your permission or refusal is remembered in this browser’s local storage for six months. You can withdraw through Analytics preferences in the footer: this stops future collection and removes these analytics cookies. It does not erase information already received by Google. Refusing does not affect the website or enquiry service.

We use consent for optional analytics. Google Analytics event data is configured for two months and user data for fourteen months. Google may process information internationally under its service terms and applicable transfer safeguards. See how Google uses information from partner sites. Contact us using the details above about your information or to exercise your rights.

With the same permission, we remember only the referring hostname and whether campaign or paid markers were present for up to 30 minutes in this tab, and attach that limited source information if you enquire. Campaign values and full referral addresses are not stored with your enquiry.

Contacting us

The automated project assistant keeps your conversation and unfinished enquiry in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes after activity, so you can move between pages. Start again clears this draft. A draft is not a submitted enquiry. Free-text messages may be processed by our AI provider to answer questions and organise your project details; do not share passwords or sensitive information. We request that API responses are not stored by the provider; its service security retention may still apply. Submitted conversations, the originating page (without query parameters), and your email contact preference accompany your enquiry for our team's follow-up. This is not a public inbox for human replies.

When you submit an enquiry, we may also receive the domain of the site that referred you to this site and an indication that the page address contained an advertising click marker, if you allow analytics. This referral record does not include the referring page address, search terms or advertising click identifier. With permission, it uses this tab's session storage for up to 30 minutes to carry the source between pages. Your choice is remembered in this browser for six months. You can withdraw using Analytics preferences; this removes the stored source for future enquiries, not records already submitted. We use it to understand reported enquiry sources, not to identify your browsing history. Missing sources remain unknown.

When you submit the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, chosen service, any brief you add and the limited campaign details described above where applicable. These details are stored securely on our server and used to notify our team, respond to you and record the enquiry source. Completing the form does not subscribe you to marketing. We also accept enquiries at hello@monvarc.co.uk. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive customer information. We temporarily use a protected identifier derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions; it expires after one hour.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss a potential project and provide requested services. Where relevant, this is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract or to perform our contract. We also have a legitimate interest in handling business enquiries, understanding which business introductions produce enquiries, keeping appropriate business records and securing our services. Some records must be retained to meet legal obligations.

Free mini audits

If you request a mini audit, we receive the public website address, your email address and any concern you choose to add. We inspect a small number of public pages and may create desktop and mobile screenshots so our team can review the site. Automated checks and an AI service may help draft candidate observations, but a person selects and approves the three findings before the audit is emailed. We do not use the form to access private areas, accounts or information behind a login. The request and review evidence are retained as a business enquiry and removed when no longer needed.

Business outreach

We research publicly available company websites and business registers to identify businesses that may benefit from our website services. We record the business name, website, published business contact details, source and relevant observations. We use this information to assess suitability and send relevant business introductions. Where this includes personal data, we assess our legitimate interest in promoting relevant services against the contact’s rights and expectations before using it. We do not treat publication of an email address as consent.

You can object to marketing at any time by replying to our email or contacting the Monvarc team. We stop marketing to contacts who object and retain the minimum suppression record needed to avoid contacting them again. We do not add email tracking pixels. We review inactive prospect records after 90 days and remove information we no longer need, while keeping necessary suppression and legal records.

Service providers and retention

We use service providers for website hosting, email and, when required, payments and business administration. Relevant information may be processed by these providers to supply those services. We do not sell your personal information. If information is transferred outside the UK, we use applicable safeguards where required.

We review inactive enquiries after 90 days and remove information we no longer need. We retain relevant project information only as long as reasonably needed for the project, related disputes, and applicable record-keeping requirements. You can ask us about the retention period applicable to your information.

Conversational enquiries

Our optional enquiry assistant uses AI provided by OpenAI to help interpret your business requirements. Messages you type in the conversation may be processed by OpenAI to generate a response. Please do not include passwords or sensitive information. You can use our short enquiry form instead. When you send an enquiry, we save your contact details, answers and conversation in our private enquiry system and Studio OS so James can review and respond. Our internal AI assistant may also help prepare that review. AI suggestions do not confirm a quotation, booking or agreed project. We apply the enquiry retention process above to these records.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal data, object to processing, or receive it in a portable format. Contact us at the email address above to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes

We will update this notice if our data handling changes, including changes to our enquiry form or service providers.
