Connecting an account

Only connect an account you are authorised to manage. Review the permissions TikTok displays before connecting. Keep account credentials private and tell us if you suspect someone has used your connection without permission.

Preparing a draft

Only upload material you have permission to use, including music, images and footage of other people. You retain your rights in the material and authorise us to store and transfer it to TikTok to carry out your approved upload. Follow TikTok's terms and community guidelines.

A successful transfer delivers a draft to the connected account. Open the inbox notification in TikTok to review the video and decide whether to publish it. An upload can fail or be delayed. Check the inbox before retrying.

Ending access

You can revoke access in TikTok or contact us to disconnect the account. We may suspend access if permission ends or the connection is misused. Disconnecting does not remove content already transferred to TikTok. Read our privacy notice for details of the data we use and your rights.
